Voices In My Head #14

I have returned after a long trip on a circular road. I'm back here to spew forth more mind-numbing nonsence to rot your brains. Sit back and listen, maybe you will hear them too.... then again, you won't

A hundred years of blood
Crimson
The ribbon tightens round my throat
I open my mouth and my head bursts open
A sound like a tiger thrashing in the water
Thrashing in the water
Over and over we die one after the other
Over and over we die one after the other
One after the other...

-- Robert Smith.

The Blade

A flash of silver in the candlelight
The flickering flame as weak as his will to live
"It's just an easy way out"
But what do they know?
The bulging blue vein tears
Crimson blood mingling with salty tears
A steady drip becomes a roaring tide
As his wasted life ebbs away

Sinking to his knees
In a scarlet pool of bitter memories
The infinite sleep for which he has yearned
Draws him to his end

About A Girl?

So what did you want?
Your love of lies
Your lies of love
Self-pity, self-hate
You fooled us all
Sucked us dry
With your blackened heart
Your blackened hole
We entered whole
You left us torn
You thrive on pain
Fed from our cries
Caused by your lies
Your selfish needs
Your fucking greed
So just what did you want?
